How does pricing work?

Pricing levers are based on the number of URLs, the number of search criteria, and the frequency of refreshing the data (weekly, monthly, quarterly).  We believe we can provide value at most budget levels.  Let’s chat!

How often is the data refreshed?

This is completely based on your company’s needs.  Weekly and monthly refresh rates are the most common cadence.

What types of data do you search for?

Everything! Well, not quite everything but you’d be surprised by what can be uncovered.  We search websites’ source code for links, partial links, code snippets, iframes, and plain ole keywords (or a combination of keywords) across any number of URLs.

In addition to uncovering software competitors, we find your integration partners and any other data points that would increase your value proposition in sales conversations. Searching for custom keywords could help segment your list as well (ex. Daycare software searching for “Montessori” or Church Tech searching for “Presbyterian”).

What does Ravel search for exactly?

This is what differentiates us from other data enrichment providers. We are fully customized to your needs. In addition to ~2,600 of the most well known technologies we always include in searches, the rest is defined by you. Most of our customers have a wish list of 5-10 signals (usually competitors). After understanding what’s possible, this turns into 30-60 signals.

What if my leads’ URLs aren’t in your database?

That’s not how we work.  We never miss a website due to its SMB status because we search your list.  Rather than attempting to index the entire web for medium and large sites, we perform targeted, on-demand searches.

How can I buy a lead list?

We’re not in the business of selling leads.  Our value proposition is to take a list of prospects and give you the information needed to prioritize and shorten the list.  In a database of 300K prospects, we will show you the 20K best fit customers, for example.
